A Trip To Ireland
Cliffs of Moher & O’Brien’s Tower
Last month my wife, Barbara, and I made our first ever trip to Ireland. A trip we’d been threatening to take for at least 10 years. Well, what can I say? Amazing, beautiful, awe inspiring…and you should go if you haven’t already. If you have you know what I mean.
This image was taken at the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher, with my Canon R5. I was using the 25 -105 lens @ 36mm, 1/500, f7.1, ISO 500.
The grandeur, the wonders of nature, the concept of the centuries it took to have this view come to be, are mind-boggling! To give some perspective, the tower way in the distance, O’Brien’s Tower, is 617ft. (188m) tall, that’s somewhere around 43-44 stories high. Building was completed in 1835.
As you might guess, I came home with hundreds of images. It’s very hard to self edit for printing or posting, and not because every image was amazing, but because the beauty of Ireland seems to be never ending.
